The Indian Point Homeowners Association is an elected board of volunteers. We prefer to have all inquiries in writing as that is legal document. We try to answer all inquiries as soon as possible. As we are not always in the office, please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Our office is located within the Indian Point Recreational Complex Cabana. As we are not always there, please contact us to schedule an appointment. There is also a drop box located there for you to drop off membership dues, Architectural Review applications, Buyer and Tenant Applications, and general correspondents.

An Estoppel Certificate for a property within the Indian Point Community, can be obtained by submission of an Estoppel Request Form by contacting our estoppel team at firstname.lastname@example.org, You can also contact them to obtain the required Buyer or Tenant Application.
