Yard of the Month
Each month the Landscaping Committee will announce the Yard of the Month. Winners will display the Yard of the Month sign as well as being featured on our website. Each quarter, the committee will select from the three monthly winners, a Yard of the Quarter. This homeowner will be awarded a prize and featured on our website.
To be considered you must maintain the following standards:
*Your yard must be healthy and kept mowed and neatly edged. This includes the easement and sides of your home.
*All landscaped areas must be weed free with trees and shrubs trimmed. (This includes trees and bushes overhanging the sidewalks.)
*Fences must be in good repair and not in need of paint, stain, etc.
*Driveways and sidewalks must also be weed free.
Overall, beyond meeting the criteria, the most visually appealing yards are the ones that will get our judges' attention.
